About this role
As Treasury Systems & Process Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing treasury management processes and systems across the group. This includes implementing standardized processes, supporting system integration, and ensuring smooth operations of the Treasury Management System (TMS). You will act as a key contact for group companies and collaborate closely with banks, system providers, and internal stakeholders.
Main Tasks:
Administration of Treasury Management Processes and SystemsImplement standardized processes and systems within Group Treasury and relevant subsidiariesSupport the group-wide implementation of the standard Treasury Management SystemAdminister static data in the TMS and related upstream/downstream systems (e.g., access rights, bank accounts)Serve as the main contact for group companies regarding TMS and standard treasury processesCommunicate with banks and contractual partners, including account opening and administration, KYC complianceCoordinate system support and administration of the TMS with the system providerAssist with bank integration into the TMS and expansion of interfaces to ERP and other relevant systems, including updating payment formats and channelsSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesContribute to treasury, finance, or cross-functional projects
Degree in economics or a comparable qualificationInitial professional experience in treasury, preferably in an international companyExperience with common TMS solutions (Kyriba is a preferred)Knowledge of cash management, payment formats, and KYC regulationsProficient in MS Office applicationsFluent in German and English, both written and spokenStructured and independent working styleStrong team player with excellent communication skillsHigh IT affinity What We Offer:
