About this role
The Assistant Manager will support the day-to-day management of the dealership's rentals department, to train, oversee and assign duties to staff, and respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. He or she will work alongside the Rentals Manager to efficiently supervise the development and direction of the rentals team to drive the growth of revenue, to budget and monitor expenses, to ensure quality of service, and to promote a high level of customer satisfaction. He/she operates as acting Rentals Manager when the Manager is away.
