About this role
As Consolidation Manager (m/f/diverse) you are part of our new ContiTech General Accounting Team. You are responsible for the consolidation of financial data provided by consolidated units of the ContiTech Group under IFRS and the ContiTech Group policy and guidelines. With that, you centrally contribute to the preparation of Consolidated Group Financial Statements for legal and management reporting.
Your responsibilities:
Ensuring IFRS compliance of provided data and technical consolidation in the systemConsolidation of data to prepare Consolidated Financial Statements and additional information required for legal reporting, as well as technical consolidation in the systemsAnalysing the consolidation and reporting processes, monthly or quarterly closing and implementing changes on processes on organizational side (legal requirements or internal improvements)Subject-matter expert for consolidation issuesSupport and advisory to the Financial Shared Services and Country managerSecuring of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting for the consolidation process University degree in Economics as well as international accounting certificate (Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA))Profound professional experience in accounting functionsProfessional experience in consolidationBusiness fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills preferredIntercultural sensitivity and very good cross-culture communication and understandingApplications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
