About this role
Responsible for creating and checking orders launched by the customers/employees;Keeps permanent contact via phone or e-mail with the customers and fulfills all customer requests;Checks and find solutions for all the issues that may appear in the direct sales process;Monitor shipments and prepares the invoices;Complaint handling (missing items/changed items);Issue documents necessary for each business case (order confirmation, delivery note, shipment list, invoice, etc.);Issue documents/reports on special request. University degree;Experience in a similar position 1 year is an advantage;Good English skills;Microsoft Office 365;SAP knowledge is a plus. What we offer:
