About this role
A Medication Aide is responsible for administering prescribed medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, documenting medication administration, observing and reporting resident changes or reactions, assisting with daily living activities as needed, and ensuring medication carts and records remain accurate and compliant with Texas regulations. They provide compassionate care while promoting resident safety and well-being.
