About this role
Assist in mechanical maintenance and process optimization for tire production equipment.Support data collection and analysis for performance improvement.Participate in root cause analysis and propose technical solutions.Contribute to documentation and reporting for engineering projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on industrial engineering and product industrialization tasks.Create or update mechanical designs and drawings using SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor. Student in Mechanical Engineering (final year of bachelor or master’s program).Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Familiarity with SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor (CAD design).Good communication skills in English.Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
