About this role
The main purpose of the role is: • To service various clients who distribute general/miscellaneous non-life insurance business. • Main responsibilities include: - o Producing and analysing underwriting reports. o Dealing with policy administration and claims handling decisions – supporting TPA’s with process improvement. o Draft policy wording and IPID’s – manage version control of the documents. o Manage client agreements, ensure partners follow due process and operate under specific guidelines. o Attend client meetings, support clients and underwriters with pricing requests. o Familiarise yourself with the regulatory framework for which Fortegra Europe operate in. o Support the claims function with client reviews and TPA audits.
