About this role

The Production Supervisor at our Auburn facility plays a critical leadership role in overseeing daily operations within the production area. This position is responsible for driving performance across safety, quality, productivity, and delivery metrics, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of motivating teams, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and maintain a safe work environmentEnsure associates have the tools and training needed to work safelyConduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for safety incidentsLead daily safety meetings and ensure compliance with ESH policies and legal requirementsAssign and supervise labor to meet production goalsCommunicate plant policies and procedures effectivelyEnsure team members receive proper training, including safety, job certification, and quality alertsDrive process improvements to increase productivity Maintain accurate documentation including time & attendance, payroll, overtime, training records, and process auditsAttend daily shift hand off meetingsResponsible for entering work ordersEnsure production meets quality standards and delivery targetsSupport Lean initiatives and participate in Continental Business System (CBS) activities to reduce variation and eliminate wastePerform other duties as directed by the Department ManagerNOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing supervision experience, preferably in a union environmentFlexible to work any shiftEnvironment:
