This team is responsible for building, growing, and sustaining strong partnerships with carrier partners to ensure reliable freight coverage and an exceptional service experience across our network. As a Carrier Sales Associate, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ freight moves seamlessly through Flock Freight’s proprietary platform. You’ll own carrier relationships end-to-end from prospecting and onboarding to ongoing engagement, while leveraging technology, data, and strong commercial instincts to drive results. This is a high-execution, relationship-driven sales role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by measurable impact.
