About this role

The Account Executive plays a critical role in driving Flock Freight’s growth by acquiring, expanding, and retaining shipper relationships across the United States. This is a high-impact inside sales role focused on owning the full customer lifecycle — from prospecting and closing, to account growth and long-term retention. Account Executives act as trusted advisors to customers, educating them on FlockDirect and Shared Truckload and helping them rethink how freight moves through a technology-enabled, network-based model. This role blends high-velocity outbound selling with consultative account management, requiring strong freight knowledge, disciplined execution, and a results-driven mindset.
