About this role
Shape India is looking for an accountable Technical Service Engineer to provide technical support to our clients in person and remotely. This role requires a fast learner with can-do attitude to learn UHP technologies, applications and take ownership of performing machine installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Conduct training for customers. Must be a person customers can trust and rely on by providing timely and accurate solutions for their technical problems. Ultimately build up customer’s satisfaction and helps grow company business.
