DOT and FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Covered/Non-Exempt POSITION SUMMARY: Leads and directs the assigned crew in performing maintenance including various aircraft sheet metal repairs and replacements, to ensure airworthiness according to customer specifications and FAA standards. Performs as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of their trade and willingly takes on the responsibility to mentor junior level sheet metal mechanics through On-the-Job-Training (OJT).
