About this role
The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the Quality Control (QC) Department, including staffing, training, and supervision of QC personnel. This role ensures that all repair station work is performed in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), customer requirements, and company policies. The QC Supervisor provides regulatory guidance, promotes operational excellence, and supports continuous improvement of documentation, processes, and workforce competencies.
