The Sales Development Associate is an entry-level sales development role designed to prepare high-potential individuals for a successful career in packaging sales. Through a structured 6–9-month training program, you will gain exposure to our products, customers, markets, and sales processes while working alongside experienced sales professionals.
This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of prospecting, customer relationship management, business development, and consultative selling within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Travel up to 50% is expected as part of customer visits, industry events, trade shows, and sales training activities.
