The Director – Operations Finance is a strategic finance leader responsible for partnering with Operations and Business Process Optimization leadership to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and enterprise-wide value creation. Reporting to the VP of Business Process Optimization, this role plays a critical part in aligning operational strategy, process transformation, and financial outcomes. This position oversees a Senior Finance Project Manager and a Financial Analyst and serves as a key advisor to Operations, Supply Chain, Plant Leadership, and Executive Leadership.
