The Associate General Counsel – Commercial Contracts, Corporate Governance, & Data Privacy position is a key role at Five Guys Enterprises, LLC, d/b/a “FIVE GUYS”. This transactional attorney will be the source of practical, timely, strategic, and high-quality legal advice and support for FIVE GUYS® corporate headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. The role is responsible for a wide variety of legal matters and projects, with the primary objectives of supporting the corporate governance, commercial contracts, and data privacy compliance activity of the company. This role will be responsible for the review and negotiation of various commercial contracts relating to FIVE GUYS® restaurants operating in North America, including (but not limited to) supply chain
