About this role
This position is based at our headquarters in Alexandria, VA. The Director – Digital Off-Premise and Catering is a senior commercial leader responsible for leading the strategy, performance, and profitability of Five Guys’ digital off-premise and catering businesses. This includes all third-party delivery marketplaces, first-party ordering and delivery through the Five Guys’ app and ordering website, and catering platform partnerships. The role works cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, and Supply Chain teams to deliver system-wide menu, pricing, and promotional launches; ensure strong store execution and seamless guest experience; and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting that drive action.
