About this role
The Supervisor, Creditor Life & Disability Claims reporting to Group and Creditor Life and Disability Claims Manager is based in Sherwood Park, AB and is responsible for leading a team of Claims Examiners and provide oversight and support through the adjudication process until file resolution and ensuring compliance of corporate best practices on all files. This role is also responsible for training and mentoring new hires to ensure success.
