About this role
The SCCM (Senior Commercial Credit Manager) is responsible for primary adjudication of small business, commercial, and agricultural credit applications. Adjudication of non-retail credit applications requires in-depth understanding of financial statement presentation and analysis, corporate lending policies, guidelines, and prudent lending practices. Sound decisions, based on a high level of training, experience, and risk analysis skills are required. Experienced SCCMs are expected to provide transaction structuring advice to mitigate risks, comprehensively understand the risk profiles of transactions, and to communicate recommendations effectively.
