About this role
The Staff Analyst helps The First Church of Christ, Scientist and the Christian Science Publishing Society better understand how members, customers, and audiences engage with Church products, services, communications, and outreach. This role interprets data from multiple sources into clear insights, practical recommendations, and accessible reporting that support client departments, product teams, editorial teams, and leadership. P&DSG is a service-based group that shapes and guides, from a metaphysical foundation, the promotion and extension of products, services, and events that constitute the "healing and saving" resources of The Mother Church (see Manual of The Mother Church, Mary Baker Eddy, p. 19:1).
