Summary of Job Description:
Brand Manager for Dermatology Marketing team.
Major Responsibilities:
Work as a member of the cross-functional Brand TeamParticipate Brand Plan development process and present to various stakeholders both in English and JapaneseClosely work with global/area teams to ensure alignment with global strategy, input ideas/facts/situations in Japan to global/area, and maximize the opportunity in JapanCollaboratively and closely work with other functions (medical, sales, business intelligence, in-field excellence, training, public affairs, etc.) within the Company to enhance the Brand Team performance and excellent execution of the strategyEstablish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other external key stakeholders to obtain key insights and drive the execution of the brand planReinforce patient support programs as part of the brand plan to ensure appropriate usage of the productIdentify new opportunities and ways to better meet customers’ needsPlan and appropriately manage marketing expenses Essential Skills & Abilities:
