Finance of America is looking for a Quality Control Auditor responsible for performing audits to assess compliance with HUD, state, federal, agency, and investor requirements. This role manages pre-funding, post-funding, vendor, and denied-loan reviews, maintains QC audit checklists, ensures findings are properly addressed, and identifies opportunities to improve quality and compliance processes. The auditor communicates findings, supports process improvement initiatives, and ensures adherence to fair lending laws and net benefit requirements.
