This role serves as the primary liaison between borrowers, Loan Officers, underwriting, funding, and settlement partners, ensuring accurate documentation, timely condition reviews, compliant disclosures, and smooth loan closings. Responsibilities include maintaining a pipeline of approximately 50 loans, updating LOS data, coordinating funding activities, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, investor, and company requirements. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of mortgage processing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
