We are currently seeking an Asset Verifier Team Supervisor to join our Technical Services team on a full-time, permanent basis. This FIFO role operates from Perth, Western Australia and an 8:6 roster (8 days on 6 days off)
The Asset Verifier Team Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of asset verification activities across Sodexo’s IFMS and NPI portfolio. This role provides leadership and guidance to the Asset Verifier team, ensuring accurate and efficient asset data collection in line with Sodexo and client standards. By promoting data integrity and compliance, the Supervisor supports informed asset management and decision-making. The role also involves communicating the purpose and value of the asset verification program to internal and external stakeholders, providing technical support, and fostering collaboration to achieve operational outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Team Support & LeadershipGuide and mentor Asset Verifiers to ensure accurate and timely data collection.Allocate resources and manage rosters to meet verification schedules.Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.Stakeholder CommunicationAct as the primary liaison between Asset Verifiers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.Clearly communicate the purpose and benefits of asset verification to clients and site teams.Coordinate inspection schedules to minimise operational disruption.Technical SupportProvide technical advice and troubleshooting for verification processes and tools.Validate collected data for accuracy and completeness before submission.Support integration of technology and ensure adherence to verification standards.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure all verification activities comply with Sodexo procedures, client requirements, and regulatory obligations.Maintain accurate records of inspections, data submissions, and compliance documentation.Continuous ImprovementIdentify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and data quality.Promote innovation and best practices within the team.Safety & CultureRole model Sodexo behaviours and values, fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and collaboration.
Knowledge, skills and experience required for the role:
Certificate or Diploma in Asset Management, Facilities Management, or related discipline (desirable)Leadership or supervisory training (advantageous)Minimum 3+ years in asset management, facilities maintenance, or related field.Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong understanding of asset verification processes and data management systems.Experience working in remote site environments (FIFO) preferred.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Proficient in digital tools and asset management systems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with stakeholders.Ability to analyse data and identify discrepancies or trends.Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing team within a global organization that is a leader in the operations, maintenance, and refurbishment of non-process infrastructure.
