About this role
THIS POSITION WILL BE LOCATED AT OUR NILES OPERATIONS CENTER. Processes a variety of customer transactions via video interaction. Recognizes customer needs and recommends products, services, or assistance of other bank employees or departments, to consistently deliver a superior level of customer service.
