About this role
The Practice Manager is responsible for optimizing practice operations by supporting efforts to improve productivity & clinical performance; managing staffs to their levels of competencies; streamlining workflows; optimizing schedules to meet patient demands while balancing staffs’ workloads; monitoring and improving financial performance; modeling excellent behavior to improve the overall patient, provider and employee satisfaction; and ensuring compliance with documentation, coding & billing. Work closely with the physicians of Outpatient Clinics developing business strategies, formulating budgets & dealing with daily operations, ensuring the practice is running smoothly & successfully while also working to expand the business lines. WAGE STARTS at $35.00 and goes up with experience
