Work as part of a structured inter-disciplinary team to provide clinical supervision for jail and court-based therapists and case managers. Clinical Supervisor ensures quality service and high professional standards by monitoring client welfare and clinical outcomes; transmitting knowledge, attitude and skills, enhancing & promoting professional development of the supervisee & evaluating the ethical, professional, and therapeutic competence of supervisee.
