PRN Rate $50, plus shift differentials! The Registered Nurse at the Crisis Care Center provides comprehensive nursing care to individuals experiencing acute mental health and/or substance use crises. Working in a fast-paced, psychiatric crisis-centered environment, the RN conducts physical and mental health assessments, administers and manages medications, monitors stabilization, and collaborates with prescribers and multidisciplinary team members. When assigned, the RN serves as the charge nurse for the unit, providing shift-level clinical oversight, coordinating nursing activities, and supporting safe and effective operations. The RN supports crisis stabilization, medical clearance, care coordination, and discharge planning while ensuring safe, trauma-informed, and person-centered Care.
