ECI has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Lead, Implementation Services to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting multiple implementation projects, ensuring implementations are completed on time, within allocated hours, and meet client expectations. This includes evaluating client technology needs, assisting with the development of configurations and standards that support ECI and Client business processes, utilizing automation of standardized solutions, validate and troubleshoot deployments, hardware/software installations and upgrades, new infrastructure build outs, and assisting with the creation of internal documentation and client facing training materials.
