What You’ll Do
• Work as part of a small, high-performing crew on active construction sites
• Support site setup and preparation by removing hazards and keeping work areas organized
• Load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
• Operate equipment such as zoom booms and skid steers (as required)
• Assist carpenters, operators, and skill trades with day-to-day site needs
• Follow direction from Foremen and Site Supervisors to keep work moving
• Stay engaged, aware, and safety-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and productive job site

Requirements
• Successful interview candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Travel throughout Western Canada is a regular part of this position
• Minimum 40 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime
• Physically fit and able to lift, push, pull, and carry 50 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Certified (or willing to obtain) First Aid, Fall Protection and Aerial Work Platform
Assets
• Experience in construction or precast concrete
• Equipment operating experience (zoom boom, skid steer)
• CSTS certification
