About this role
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all products and services produced by the company meet quality standards. The role must be definitive technical authority on all control panel products produced. In addition to conducting daily quality inspections with quality technicians, the role will be involved with establishing and maintaining a program that provides periodic feed-back and training as appropriate for plant employees providing a focus on the continual improvement of production and engineering quality. As the last check that a quality and safe product is being shipped to Expanse’s customers, the Quality Supervisor, in coordination with the Director of Manufacturing, is responsible for protecting the customer.
