We are seeking an experienced and reliable professional to join our team in a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in trucking or diesel fleet maintenance who can lead technicians while ensuring quality repairs and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with vendors to arrange and oversee outside repairs
• Supervise technicians, assign tasks, and manage daily workflow
• Diagnose vehicle issues and ensure high-quality repair standards
• Maintain accurate records using fleet management software
Qualifications
• Prior experience in trucking, fleet maintenance, or diesel repair required
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency with fleet management systems such as Samsara, Alpine, or similar software
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively
