As one of Calgary’s established homebuilders, our goal is to deliver a customer experience that is professional, responsive, and memorable from first inquiry through homeownership. We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our Calgary Warranty team and help measure, monitor, and improve customer satisfaction across the homeowner journey. In this role, you will act as a central liaison between customers, internal teams, suppliers, and external partners, helping ensure customer feedback is captured, understood, and translated into timely follow-up, proactive resolution, and meaningful service improvements.
