About this role
As a Sr. Interior Engineer, you will work with internal design engineering, supplier quality, program management, and purchasing teams and the chosen external suppliers to ensure a smooth transition from design to physical product. Working closely with the SQE department you will be responsible for the continual ramp, stabilization, and optimization of the interior trim components. Through tool trials, gamma build, pre-production builds, testing, and launch you will ensure that manufacturing, component, and assembly concerns are identified, captured, and have appropriate corrective plans actioned in accordance with the severity of the concern raised. You will be instrumental in the timely resolution of any concerns and the distribution of information to the correct departments.
