About this role
The Direct Sales Manager achieves sales goals by leading a team of Direct Sales professionals focused on developing new business, as well as retaining and developing additional business with existing customers. This role is responsible for the accountability and professional development of each member of the Direct Sales team, while also collaborating with others on the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to facilitate new programs, campaigns, and offerings.
