Join Our Team:
Esse Health is currently seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for our Watson Primary Care office located at 7419 Watson Road.
Opportunity:
• Full-time opening
• Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Prefer 1+ years experience as a Nurse Practitioner, but a strong new grad will be considered
• Outpatient focused clinical practice
Day-to-Day:
• Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner
• Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen)
• Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
Qualifications:
• Master's Degree of Science in Nursing
• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians

• Competitive compensation: The starting salary for entry level will likely be in the $95,000 - $112,000 range (factors may include candidate experience and specific role within the office)
