About this role
This position is accountable for engaging, developing and supporting teller team members to provide guidance and the right solutions to our customers which will build long-term mutually beneficial relationships and support the achievement of business results. Oversees all branch operational processes, procedures, teller lead generation, reporting, internal compliance and control and branch performance in the absence of the Branch Manager.
