About this role
Working under the direction of the Director of Resource Utilization and Planning, the Payroll Manager will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of EMSA’s Payroll system and associated processes and controls. This position will focus primarily on managing and maintaining EMSA’s payroll system, timekeeping platform, tracking hours worked by team members, conducting and documenting payroll audits, processing payroll files, and producing payroll reports for department leaders. This position will also assist with troubleshooting timekeeping-related issues with team members and working closely with Human Resources. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential. This position must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
