About this role
Under the direction of the Clinical Manager, the EMT Instructor is responsible for the development and implementation of the organizations in-house EMT program. This position is responsible for developing a high quality, learning centered EMS education program that meets all requirements established by the NHTSA, the Oklahoma State Department of Health EMS Division, and the affiliate educational institution. The EMT Instructor maintains open communication, teamwork within the program, and positively supports the professional growth and development of the students. The EMT Instructor ensures quality learning opportunities for students and is responsible for student learning outcomes and assessment.
