We are seeking a seasoned, self-directed Outside Sales Representative to drive net new commercial account acquisition across multiple service centers within an assigned region. This is a sophisticated hunter role — built for a consultative seller who knows how to build long-term referral partnerships, navigate complex buying processes, and close high-value commercial contracts across the agriculture, industrial, and trade ally verticals. Unlike transactional sales roles, success here is defined by the depth of relationships you build and the quality of your pipeline. You will manage your own territory, work closely with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) on deal progression and pipeline visibility, and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless execution on larger commercial installs
