About this role
The Building Maintenance Personnel is responsible for completion of routine maintenance and repair tasks at various residential and commercial properties of Edison Properties. Tasks cover areas such basic plumbing and carpentry work, both small and large appliance troubleshooting and repair, minor electrical work and preventative maintenance. These tasks do not require certification to be qualified to perform the work.
