About this role
This position maintains the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work areas and storerooms; including china, glassware, flatware, and chaffers; assists in the dish room washing dishes and at breakdown stations for catering functions. Assists in the preparation of salads, sandwiches, meats, vegetables, and other hot and cold items to company specifications for consumption by guests.
