About this role
This position may include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work areas and storerooms; including china, glassware, flatware, and chaffers; assists in the dish room washing dishes and at breakdown stations for catering functions. This position may also perform culinary activities within the kitchen with the primary responsibility of creating memorable guest experiences with pride, passion, and heart. Primary responsibilities include the production and preparation of all menu items, recipes, and food sanitation. As well as being responsible for cooking soups, salads, appetizers, sandwiches, meats vegetables, and other hot and cold menu items to company specifications for consumption by guests.
