**District Manager\* Lifestyle, North Holland**
Our client is an internationally active company operating in a growing retail environment with a large network of trade partners. The company develops frequently updated collections and manages product areas within partner stores through dedicated field teams. Collaboration with international teams and retail partners forms a central part of the daily business.
The position leads a regional field team, manages store performance across multiple partner locations and drives sales development through KPI analysis and structured regional planning.
**Your Profile:**
- Several years of leadership experience in retail, area management or field sales - Experience leading teams in a multi-site environment - Strong analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs - Structured and solution-oriented working style - Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders - Dutch and English required
