About this role
The IDM leads the design, development, and continuous improvement of engaging, high-quality course content across online, hybrid, and on-ground modalities. This role combines instructional design expertise, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to support timely course launches and curriculum innovation initiatives. The IDM plays an important role in helping the institution thoughtfully integrate emerging educational technologies—including Generative AI—into curriculum design and instructional practices. This includes supporting the development of learning experiences and assessments that reflect the evolving role of AI in education and the workforce, while promoting academic integrity, critical thinking, and student engagement.
