About this role
The Web Developer is responsible for the design, development, optimization, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of dynamic web properties that support paid media initiatives and broader digital marketing objectives. This exempt position reports to the VP, Marketing and collaborates closely with the web development and marketing team to deliver high-performing, secure, scalable, and visually compelling web experiences. The Web Developer translates marketing and business requirements into fully functional, optimized web applications and landing page experiences. This role independently manages assigned development initiatives while collaborating with team members on shared infrastructure, standards, and technical solutions. The position exercises sound technical judgment, communicates effe
