About this role
We are hiring for our Member Solutions Centre, which provides excellent member service primarily over the phone or through our virtual platforms. In this role, you will help members with their savings (in regular and registered accounts), their accounts (ensuring they are in the best account for them) and assisting with quick requests through our remote or virtual channels. Plus, you will prepare and complete required documentation quickly and accurately, resulting in an easy, stress-free experience for the member. You will assist members in different stages of their lives so they will be ready for their next financial milestone.
