Schedule: 12:00 pm to Finish, 5 days on and 2 days off
Daily Responsibilities
Process and manufacture pizza dough, including mixing, placing, and stackingRotate between various positions such as dough maker, placer, and stackerOperate, monitor, and clean dough processing equipmentAdhere to food safety regulations, quality standards, and safety protocolsMaintain accurate production records and manage inventory of materialsCollaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlinesParticipate in cross-training for warehouse or sanitation duties as needed
High school diploma or GED Ability to work with yeast and flour products Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary
