About this role
Receive and initiate contact with students and families both from the contact center and the school-based clinician through outreach phone calls to the student, guardian, and school counselors when necessary for further contact information. Make phone calls and contact with families referred to the program. Work with the family to complete the initial clerical paperwork and support the family in setting up and using the Easterseals MORC portal.
