About this role
Easterseals PORT Health, a non-profit service provider in North Carolina & Virginia, seeks compassionate, caring, and dedicated individuals to be an Alternate Family Living Contractor to guide and manage DSPs and appropriate support services for our clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their individual homes, support programs or residential settings in Winston-Salem, NC and surrounding areas. This position is responsible for the supervision and monitoring of Alternative Family Living contractors as well as supervision of developmental disabilities and mental health supports for individuals receiving services within an assigned program. This position has direct supervision of AFL contractors and DSPs.
